Provincial councils

  • Provincial councils, including elected and appointed members, are formed from among the province's veterinarians based on a bylaw prepared by the Central Council and approved by the Minister of Jihad and Construction.
  • Provincial councils are responsible for all the powers and duties of the Central Council and the implementation of the aforementioned council's decisions within the relevant province.
  • The term of each term of the provincial councils is four full years.
  • The first term of the aforementioned provincial councils will begin no later than ten days after the definitive announcement of the election results.
  • The activities of the subsequent periods of the veterinary system begin immediately after the end of the previous period. If, at the end of the period, the election procedures for the next period have not been completed in any way, the organizational elements of the previous period will continue their activities until the new elections are finalized, and the starting point for the new period will be the date on which the elections are finalized.
