Membership Affairs
This section of the Education Department is responsible for overseeing the process of uploading required documents, registering, and issuing cards to respected members.
All graduates at various levels, from associate's to doctorates, can become members of the Veterinary Medical System Organization if they have a degree related to veterinary medicine.
Related fields in various veterinary medicine programs include:
- Associate's degree:
Associate's degree in veterinary medicine, associate's degree in animal product hygiene, etc.
- Bachelor's degree
Veterinary laboratory sciences, veterinary parasitology, food hygiene of animal origin, etc.

*For the membership of graduates of the Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, only those whose previous educational level (Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, Master of Veterinary Medicine) is related to the field of veterinary medicine will be able to become members of the Veterinary System Organization. If the previous level of the graduate of the Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine is in non-veterinary fields, membership is not possible.
All graduates of veterinary-related fields can become members of the Veterinary System Organization immediately after graduating and receiving a temporary graduation certificate. In the case of men who are subject to compulsory military service, given that the university where they studied does not provide them with a graduation certificate until the completion of the manpower plan and compulsory military service, these dear ones can become members of the Veterinary System Organization immediately after graduating by submitting a membership application and after the Veterinary System Organization makes an inquiry from their university.
The general, technical, and specialized conditions of the organization's real and legal members for operating and providing veterinary technical services, and the quality level of related work, will be reviewed at specific times or periods based on relevant policies, criteria, and guidelines, determined by qualification, and approved if the necessary points are obtained.
