Job Description

  • Study and review the needs and identify the services and capacity of the country's veterinary system organization.
  • Study and preparation of strategic economic plans.
  • Providing the necessary strategic plans to increase the share of the private sector in the field of veterinary medicine.
  • Explaining the organization's main duties and missions based on the organization's general policies.
  • Preparing and compiling a strategic human resources plan.
  • Preparing and regulating criteria, standards, and proposing the adoption of necessary policies to encourage and motivate the non-governmental sector to invest, attract partnerships, and attract domestic and foreign resources in veterinary-related matters.
  • Establishing coordination in the activities of subordinate provinces in accordance with the plans, goals, and policies approved by the Central Council.
  • Accurate implementation of approved policies and programs through relevant units.
  • Continuous monitoring, inspection, and follow-up of area programs and tasks, and control and evaluation of the performance of supervised managers.
  • Participate in internal and external decision-making and advisory councils and meetings.
  • Preparing and organizing programs and plans to develop and improve the organization's managerial, administrative, and specialized methods.
  • Reviewing, preparing and organizing the organizational chart, goals, job descriptions and detailed organization in compliance with the organizational structure criteria.
  • Preparing and organizing the organization's budget in cooperation with relevant units and following up until final approval by the Central Council.
  • Supervising the implementation of all administrative and personnel activities of the organization's employees.
  • Understanding the level of resource productivity, including: human resources, physical resources, financial resources, etc. in the organization.
  • Providing the organization with the financial resources it needs and overseeing financial and accounting affairs within the framework of the annual budget and other laws and regulations.
  • Preparing and maintaining the organization's revenue account.
  • Study and review of the tariffs of the Veterinary System Organization.
  • Supervise the review of all documents, files, and papers and their separation based on instructions.
  • Planning, coordinating, and holding ceremonies and programs related to various occasions within the organization.
  • Performing other assigned tasks.
