About the organization's legal office

Job Description:

Participate in meetings of the Board of Directors, the Council of Deputies, the Central Council, and other meetings whose decisions have legal effects.
Carrying out tasks assigned and referred by the Directorate of the National Veterinary System Organization.
High-level supervision over the proper implementation of affairs in the field of management, in order to ensure the optimal and desirable performance of assigned tasks and the efficient and effective use of available human resources.
Planning and policy-making regarding the performance of duties in the legal field.
Filing lawsuits and drafting bills and responding to lawsuits, complaints, and judicial actions in general and revolutionary courts, the Administrative Court of Justice, the Court of Accounts, the General Inspectorate of the country, the courts of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, and other judicial and quasi-judicial authorities for and against the organization;
Secretary of the Supreme Police Board of the organization.
Determining the agenda and priorities of the Supreme Police Council.
Acting as the legal representative of the organization in all judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
Collaborating and providing legal advice in adopting the organization's policies and strategies.
Efforts to establish and promote two-way communications and interactions between the Directorate of the Veterinary System Organization and the country's legislative, judicial, and executive authorities, in accordance with assigned matters.
Conducting necessary correspondence with authorities and institutions outside the veterinary system organization, if necessary.
Leading and directing matters related to the preparation and regulation of subordinate area guidelines and circulars.
Necessary coordination and cooperation with the authorities and strategic policies of the country's veterinary system organization.
