Improving the level of knowledge and increasing the level of scientific and technical skills of the members of any organization are among the top priorities and goals of that organization. In this regard, it is certainly not possible to update the level of scientific and practical information without continuous and effective training.
Considering the diversity and breadth of veterinarians' fields of activity, the Deputy of Education of the Veterinary System Organization uses the capacity and ability of provincial veterinary system councils, educational companies within the scope of Article 2 of the Law on Increasing Agricultural Productivity, as well as veterinary schools located in different provinces to train, retrain, and retrain respected members of the veterinary system in order to advance educational goals.
Members of the Veterinary System Organization are graduates of associate, bachelor's, master's, professional doctorate, and specialized doctorate degrees. The planning for training these dear ones is developed by the committees of the Veterinary System Organization in the form of titles and syllabuses of virtual, in-person, and in-person-practical training courses and is reviewed at specific intervals.
The titles of the specialized committees of the Veterinary System Organization are as follows:
- Specialized Committee on Health and Diseases of Large Livestock
- Specialized Committee on Aquatic Health and Diseases
- Specialized Committee on Bird Health and Diseases
- Specialized Committee on Pet Health and Diseases
- Specialized Committee for Diagnostic and Research Laboratories
- Specialized Committee for the Promotion of Veterinary Ethics, Skills, and Professional Relations
- Specialized Committee on Public Health and Common Diseases
- Specialized Committee on Health, Hygiene and Food Safety
- Specialized Committee on Animal Security, Welfare and Rights
- Specialized Committee on Knowledge-Based Economy and New Veterinary Technologies
- Specialized Committee on Pharmaceutical Sciences and Biological Products
- Specialized Committee on Environment and Wildlife
- Forensic Veterinary Medicine Specialist Committee
- Nuclear Veterinary Specialist Committee
The most important duties of veterinary specialist committees are as follows:
- Providing expert and specialized opinions on laws, regulations, and guidelines related to the committee's field of activity.
- Developing the titles and content of short-term, medium-term, and long-term training courses for retraining and retraining members.
- Leading and supervising related conferences in which the Veterinary System Organization participates or organizes.
- Developing and revising veterinary profession standards
- Evaluating the content of veterinary education courses and providing specialized and expert opinions
- Providing expert opinions on cases referred by the Supreme Disciplinary Council or other competent authorities
- Other matters assigned to the committees by the Central Council, the relevant president or deputy president of the organization.
- Providing specialized expert opinions on regulating professional relations, union affairs, and member employment.
