The head of the organization, who is responsible for implementing the decisions of the Central Council and representing the organization in national and international bodies, Among the three members of the Central Council who receive the most votes, the Minister of Agricultural Jihad will introduce them to the President for issuance of a decree. And the head of the organization is appointed by direct decree of the Honorable President. The duties of the head of the organization are as follows: 1- Managing the affairs of the organization in accordance with the provisions of this law and the approvals of the Central Council. 2- Implementing or communicating the decisions of the Central Council and following up on matters related to their proper implementation. 3- Reviewing and making decisions regarding current affairs and supervising the proper implementation of all executive affairs of the organization. 4- Signing membership cards and assigning veterinary system numbers. 5- Legal representation of the organization before all natural and legal persons and judicial authorities to file and pursue lawsuits, complaints or defend them with the right to represent others. 6- Representing the organization in national and international authorities in accordance with relevant rules and regulations. 7- Making the necessary preparations for the appointment and election of new Central Council members three months before the end of the legal term of the Central Council. 8- Preparing performance reports, financial balances, and preparing and presenting the organization's annual budget for proposal and approval by the Central Council. |
