This center is currently working on its main mission, which is to analyze and design the software systems needed by the organization and provide hardware, software, information, training, etc. support to create a comprehensive mechanized system in the organization.
The Information and Communication Technology Office of the Veterinary System Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran is determined to play an efficient and reliable role for the Veterinary System Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran in realizing an online organization with an electronic services window approach and establishing an optimized automated system of processes based on knowledge and modern information and communication technology tools.
The most important activities in this field in the hardware, software, network and infrastructure, statistics and information, and cyberspace management sectors are as follows.
- Managing information technology affairs in order to implement development programs for this technology and realize the electronic services window in the organization.
- Creating the organization's server room, equipping it, and maintaining it.
- Updating and replacing the operating systems of the organization's servers and equipping them with up-to-date software.
- Establishing and monitoring the security of network systems and optimally configuring the organization's firewall.
- Overseeing the maintenance and support of computer networks, including servers, switches, etc.
- Updating the organization's portal and creating and managing provincial portals.
- Management and maintenance of the organization's mail server and support for this service.
- Management and monitoring of online payment gateways and resolving any problems that arise.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive information technology plan for network, Internet, and intranet management and systems security.
- Administration of the office automation system, integrated software for membership and issuing health licenses, finance and accounting, personnel and entry and exit control, and organizational portal.
- Creating a network, infrastructure, and IT platform in the organization.
- Managing computer communications, implementing and creating a suitable platform for enjoying secure internet and intranet, maintaining and developing the organization's website and ensuring its security.
