Job Description:
- Organizing and distributing human resources in different units of the organization based on needs assessments.
- Carrying out all measures related to employees, including entry and exit, leave and mission, setting salary and wage payment policies, bonuses, etc.
- Regulating relationships between employees and managers by implementing programs to establish order and discipline in the organization.
- Carrying out all personnel matters for employees, retirees, and civil servants, including issuing rulings and establishing relevant rights and benefits.
- Preparing and organizing a personnel database and keeping it up-to-date.
- Preparing and compiling personnel files and maintaining them is a productive use of information technology.
- Leading and managing the affairs of the organization's central secretariat.
- Carrying out formalities and creating necessary facilities for the organization's foreign delegations and guests.
- Carrying out tasks related to the maintenance and upkeep of the organization's facilities, equipment, and buildings.
- Monitoring the proper implementation of workplace health services and other similar matters.
- Cooperating in support of the organization's programs, councils, and congresses.
- Optimal organization and management of the organization's resources and facilities.
- Procurement and provision of supplies, equipment, and items needed by various units of the organization, while adhering to the important principle of optimal management of organizational resources and facilities.
- Planning, coordinating, and holding ceremonies and programs related to various occasions within the organization.
- Maintaining and storing purchased equipment and supplies and distributing them among different units of the organization.
- Performing other assigned tasks.
